TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

A woman accused, along with her husband, of killing a Michigan man is back in Toledo.

Brian Martin was reported missing to the Ypsilanti Police Department, then to Toledo Police on June 28th. He was last seen in Toledo on June 22 when he came to coach a softball game.

Toledo Police charged Robert D. Strauss and Desirae Strauss with Martin's murder on July 10. Desirae Strauss is now back in Toledo, and being held in the Lucas County Jail. Toledo Municipal Court records show she will be arraigned on Monday, July 21.

Robert D. Strauss is still being held in Madison County, Indiana and awaits extradition.

No body has been recovered yet - but evidence found and witness statements indicate that Martin was bludgeoned to death inside the Strauss' home on Consaul Street in east Toledo, according to a court-issued warrant.
