Tigers Woods has cut ties with coach Sean Foley

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Tiger Woods stated on his website that he and his coach of four years, Sean Foley have decided to part ways.

"I'd like to thank Sean for his help as my coach and for his friendship" Woods said on tigerwoods.com

Woods began to work with Foley at the 2010 PGA Championship, he was the third coach that Woods has hired as a professional. Butch Harmon and Woods began working together in 2003 until their departure one year later, where Woods hired Hank Haney. Haney and Woods parted ways in spring of 2010.

Woods won eight times with Foley, including five tournaments last year.

There is no current timetable on when Woods will hire a new coach.
