Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup creamy Skippy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup Reese's Pieces chips
Directions:
Beat egg and sugar until creamy. Add peanut butter and blend. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet and flatten evenly. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 9-10 minutes until golden brown and allow to remain on sheet to cool slightly before removal.
