Raul Hernandez, III, aged 27, was convicted in 2006 of gross sexual imposition on a 25-year-old female. He served eight months in jail. In 2007, he failed to register with the Lucas County Sheriff's office.

Hernandez is 5 ft. 11 in. tall and weighs 190 lbs. If you know where he is, please contact your local police.
