Anthony Carl Hamilton was convicted in 2001 of attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a 16-year-old-girl. He spent some time in prison and is required to register his domicile, which he's failed to do. He is 5 ft. 9 in. tall and weighs 285 lbs.
