You have an opportunity to help create jobs, grow the economy and improve the image of Northwest Ohio. You can do that by supporting the Port Authority Levy and COSI.

The Port Levy is not a new tax. It is not a tax increase. It is an investment in creating jobs in Northwest Ohio.

In the past 4 years, more than 1,700 jobs have been created or retained, directly as a result of Port Authority involvement.

The Port Authority is vital to our economy -- so vote "Yes." We need the jobs.

Issue 37 would re-open COSI for just $5.21 per year on a $100,000 home. That's not much, especially since Toledo has gained the reputation as a center for alternative energies and technological innovation.

COSI would feature new exhibits, new corporate involvement, substantial support from the state and a renewed commitment to teaching math and science. That's a pretty good deal.

So, do yourselves and your community a favor - get out and vote for a better tomorrow.
