TOLEDO (WTOL) - Authorities are on the lookout for William Edward Johnson.

Johnson is a black male, 5' 8" tall and 191 pounds.

He was convicted in 1979 of sexual battery and abduction. He was released from prison in 2001.

Last month, Johnson registered a home in the 1100 block of North Superior as his address. A few days later, a detective went to that residence and found it had been boarded up by the city of Toledo.
