TOLEDO, OH (WTOL) - Local law enforcement officials need your help finding 44-year-old Michael Darnell Jelks.

Jelks is 6-feet tall, weighs 220 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.

He's a tier 2 sex offender, who was convicted in 2001 of gross sexual imposition and attempted gross sexual imposition. According to police, he molested a 13-year-old girl for several years.

Jelks was supposed to register his address in October, but he did not. He also has a parole violation against him, filed by his parole officer.
