A convicted sex offender was supposed to register his address months ago and hasn't.

Authorities need your help finding 40-year-old Charles Franklin Batie. Batie is a black male, 5 ft. 8 in. tall weighing 240 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes.

The Tier Two offender was convicted of attempted gross sexual imposition in 2006. Detectives say he inappropriately touched a 6-year-old girl.

Batie was due to register with the county in October and was sent a warning letter in November. He has yet to comply.
